By booking an expedition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Booking and Privacy Policies. If you do not agree, you should not access our website or book our services.

2. Service Description

IslaTide acts as a tour organizer and expedition house based in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. We curate travel experiences by coordinating with Department of Tourism (DOT) accredited local operators, boat captains, and regional park authorities.

3. User Obligations & Eligibility

• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process, including passenger names, contact details, and dietary or medical requirements.
• Compliance: You agree to follow all instructions provided by our guides and local authorities during your expedition to ensure the safety of all participants and the preservation of the local environment.
• Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to book an expedition. Bookings for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.

4. Safety & Liability

• Inherent Risks: You acknowledge that travel and outdoor activities (such as kayaking, swimming, or navigating limestone karsts) involve inherent risks. While IslaTide partners with accredited professionals, we are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or losses incurred during your participation.
• Force Majeure: IslaTide is not responsible for tour modifications, delays, or cancellations caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: severe weather conditions, acts of nature, government regulations, or port closures.
• Personal Property: IslaTide is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage to your personal belongings during an expedition.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of IslaTide Travel & Tours and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use this content without our express written permission.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Puerto Princesa City, Palawan.
